Meet Jessica & Stephen Pappas

Stephen and Jessica Pappas, the dynamic duo behind Pappy Days Ranch, are no strangers to ambitious DIY projects. Known for their hands-on builds and refreshingly honest approach, they've built a loyal Instagram following of builders and DIYers who tune in for real talk, real progress, and real-life lessons from the job site.

In 2022, Stephen and Jessica took on one of their biggest projects yet — constructing their own 60x40 ft. shop with a loft apartment. That experience ignited a new chapter: Stephen became a licensed General Contractor and has since built more than a dozen structures.
