Why Choose Trusscore?
48 Hour Lead Times
Material availability is crucial to the success of any project and something all specifiers and installers should consider when choosing building materials for their projects.
With a North American-wide extensive network of distribution and retail partners, our lead times are measured in days not weeks. Trusscore can have material on-site within 48 hours anywhere across North America. This means you can have greater confidence when estimating projects as the product is locally available and accessible, even in small quantities. The overall benefit is reduced lead times, order volumes, and delivery costs, all of which help to manage projects more efficiently.
Industry Leading Thickness
Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard 1/2" thick panels have a unique inner truss design for high-strength and rigidity and are much stronger than 3/8" panels. Thickness equals strength.
Superior Strength
Panel strength comes from the unique internal truss design of Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard ½” thick panels and their high impact absorption. The internal truss design is essentially a series of triangles that are linked together in a particular way and can distribute enormous loads over length and provide structural strength, superior to common box design profiles.
Think of it like the evolution of shoes, starting with very hard wooden clogs that provided virtually zero impact absorption, and evolving into the cushion soles with several air pockets that we have today, providing incredibly high impact absorption each time your foot hits the ground. Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard works the same way by using the internal truss design to distribute impact force across the panel and absorb the impact. The result is a durable PVC panel that can withstand repeated abuse and outlast the buildings they are installed in.
Perfect Panel Width
When it comes to residential construction, wall stud framing is typically 16” on center. So, for residential retrofit and renovation projects, a PVC panel that is 16” wide is ideal. And Trusscore Wall&CeilingBoard is exactly that; 16” wide making installation a breeze.
When panels are not 16”, additional material and labour costs are required when installed vertically:
- 12” panels require more labour and screws adding costs
- 18” and 24” panels require more labour and wood strapping adding costs
